These terms govern the use of Zazy Studio, operated by [Razón social: TODO], located at [Domicilio: TODO]. by using the platform you accept these terms.
1. access
Zazy Studio is an invite-only platform. Access is granted to people over 18, after verification, and can be revoked upon breach of these terms.
Every account is personal. Its holder is responsible for keeping credentials and the second authentication factor private.
2. content
Content uploaded to or indexed by the platform remains the property of whoever produced it. Zazy Studio acquires no rights beyond those needed to operate the service (indexing, generating previews, logging downloads).
Whoever uploads content declares they hold the necessary rights and consents from everyone who appears in it.
3. acceptable use
Using the platform to distribute content without authorization, to bypass download controls or to access spaces that aren't yours is forbidden.
Administrative activity is logged. Use outside the expected pattern may lead to access suspension.
4. jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
