Privacy policy

1. what we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone, date of birth, the platforms you work on and the message you leave. We also log ip address, user agent and campaign parameters (utm) for audit and anti-abuse purposes.

Platform: account data, access logs, view and download activity, and the preferences you set.

2. why

To respond to your request, operate the service, keep content secure and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. who we share it with

Providers we need to operate: hosting and infrastructure (vercel, supabase), email delivery (resend) and error monitoring. Each acts under contract and only with the data it needs.

4. your rights

You can request access, rectification, portability or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@zazy.studio. if you are in the european union you can also complain to your supervisory authority.

5. retention

Form leads are kept for up to 24 months. Platform audit logs are kept while the account is active and for the applicable legal period afterwards.
